Content Marketer

Bucharest, Romania or Remote
We are looking for a content marketer with 2-3 years of experience who wants to grow in a marketing agency. That person would help our clients grow their business online through social media, blog posts, and lead magnets and will get the full support of our team.

We are a remote-first team working with clients from Belgium, the Netherlands, the UK, and the US. We have long experience with graphic and web design, building websites, inbound marketing campaigns, analytics, conversion optimization, and marketing automation. We’re constantly learning and doing our best every day.

This position requires good planning skills, an interest in learning and finding out more about specific topics, a passion for helping others, and a desire to drive bottom-line growth alongside our team of marketers, designers, and developers. The successful candidate should also be detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to meeting established deadlines, focusing on efficiency rather than putting in more hours of work.

Monthly activities

  • Creating and implementing monthly social media and content marketing plans
  • Working with the client’s team to obtain the information needed for content development (interviews, graphics, etc.)
  • Managing social media pages in the tech, health, and education industries (between 3 and 5 posts per week/project). Channels: Facebook (pages and groups), Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X. The posts will be a mix of text, video, and banners.
  • Creating copy for funnel ads (awareness > consideration > conversion).
  • Creating articles and lead magnets (minimum 500-800 words for articles, approximately 1,500 – 2,000 for lead magnets)
  • Creating strategy and content for newsletters: in Romanian and English
  • Follow-up/personalized emails, as needed (pre or post-event, special campaigns, etc.)
  • Monthly reporting of results – reach, engagement, website traffic, number of fans, etc.
  • Account management: Periodic discussions with clients/internal agency team for reporting results (proactive and reactive) and planning

Nice to have/ able to learn:

  • Creating banners in Canva for social networks based on templates provided by our designers (Instagram, X, Linkedin, Facebook posts, stories, reels)
  • Basic video editing – cutting video, adding intro/outro/logo

Growth opportunities in the team:

  • Setting up marketing campaigns – objective, required materials, campaign plan, budgets, implementation, feedback
  • Learning how to do copywriting for marketing materials – brochures, flyers, video scripts, landing pages, etc.
  • Client management – account management, from strategy to implementation
  • Managing suppliers/other team members for content creation and materials needed in social media strategy – if a management role is desired
