Onboarding is structured on 4 modules, for both Sales and Marketing Hubs, and the engagement is 100% remote. We record all sessions and send you the video recordings so you can use them for new hires or go back to whenever you need.

In each module we address a particular area (such as technical setup, lead capture, lead nurturing, sales automation etc), show you how it’s done and give you time to test around in HubSpot. At the end of the onboarding process, you will have your HubSpot portal setup, as well as deep understanding of how the platform works.

Sales Hub onboarding takes 2 weeks to complete, and Marketing Hub onboarding takes 4 weeks.
