To better communicate its expertise and support a wider range of clients, Graphite AM needed a new website that reflects both its engineering credibility and its flexible production capabilities.

Communicating complex services to diverse audiences

The original website functioned largely as a general “about us” page and did not clearly communicate the full scope of Graphite AM’s capabilities. Messaging focused on broad benefits rather than the specific services, technologies, and expertise the company offers, making it difficult for visitors to quickly understand how Graphite AM could support their projects.

At the same time, the digital platform needed to address two very different audiences. Engineers and product designers required detailed technical information about materials, tolerances, and consultancy services, while businesses and innovators needed a simple and fast path to prototyping or small-batch production. Creating a digital experience that serves both audiences effectively was a key challenge.

To make complex engineering information more accessible, the platform adopted a cleaner structure, improved navigation, and clearer messaging. Technical capabilities, materials, and tolerances are presented in a structured way that informs specialist audiences without overwhelming less technical visitors. Trust signals such as client references, insights, and expertise-driven content further reinforce Graphite AM’s position as a long-term engineering partner.

Outcomes

The redesigned website significantly improved how visitors discover and explore Graphite AM’s services. Clearer navigation and a stronger content structure allow users to quickly identify relevant solutions and better understand the company’s capabilities and industry experience.

Since launch, the platform has generated consistent engagement, maintaining an average of 1,572 monthly visits, while website traffic increased by 221% between the launch month (May 2024) and the peak month (December 2024).
