We are a remote-first team (with an office in Bucharest) but working with clients from Belgium, The Netherlands, United Kingdom, and the USA. We have long experience with graphic and web design, building websites, inbound marketing campaigns, analytics, conversion optimization, and marketing automation. We’re constantly learning and doing our best every day. The ideal candidate will support our clients and make sure they achieve their objectives and makes sure we deliver the promised results and assets before the realistic deadline we agreed on. He will get the full support of our team and the resources needed. This position requires a high level of the right attitude, a passion for helping others, and a desire to drive bottom-line growth alongside our team of marketers, designers, and developers. The successful candidate should also be detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to meeting tight deadlines with a focus on being efficient and not putting in more hours of work. You will do as part of our team:

• Understand the client needs
• Guide the client through different options and connect with the team
• Be the “one point of contact” for the clients in your portfolio
• Communicate with the team to set realistic deadlines
• Constantly communicate with the clients and help them achieve their objectives
• Manage implementation projects involving design, development, or digital marketing
• Help clients in a proactive way and find problems to solve
• Learn new things fast

You need to know:

• Good English skills (both writing and speaking)
• The ability to consistently meet tight or loose deadlines
• Some idea of digital marketing tactics, design, and development
• Ability to work both independently and as a team member on various projects
• Some knowledge of tools like Google Suite, Hubspot, WordPress, Adobe Suite
• Previous experience with digital marketing projects
